By creating an account on Sparkhitz.com, you agree to abide by to the following...

1. Membership
1. ALL users are required to read and agree these terms and conditions of use.
2. Members must provide truthful information at signup, and verify their email address.
3. Each individual is allowed to have only one account.
4. To sign up you must be a legal adult.
5. The author/admin/webmaster of this site shall not be held responsible for any harm arising out of the use or inability to use this site.
6. We reserve the right to edit/modify/terminate your account for any or no reason.
7. You agree to let us occasionally email you Solo Ads and Special Offers. We will never sell, rent, or give your information to third parties! See our Privacy Policy more more details.
8. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
9. The "Life-Time" pro membership lasts for the lifetime of this site, not your life.
2. Termination
1. We reserve the right to terminate any members account for any or no reason.
2. Upon termination, members will lose all of their credits.
3. Submission of any of the following types of websites will result in immediate termination:
1. Illegal, anti-government, misleading, or SPAM related sites.
2. Racist, hate, or discriminatory against any race, gender, age, ect...
3. Sites that support or present cults.
4. Pornographic, obscene, or abusive sites.
5. Gambling sites.
6. Sites with malicious content (viruses or trojans) that tries to infect a computer.
7. Sites that contain popups or frame-breaking code.
8. Any other site not deemed acceptable by the admin.
9. Non-English sites. (You can have multiple languages, but the one you advertise on this site must be in English)
4. Illegal websites or websites containing illegal content will be reported to the proper authorities!
5. Users will be terminated upon any attempt to cheat the system
6. When an account is terminated, no record of the user will remain on our servers. There is no way to recover a deleted account.
3. Cheating and Hacking
1. Severe action will be taken against any person who attempts to hack, obtain free services, or in any way breaks the laws of the US. In such cases, the members and their websites will be reported to the proper authorities.
2. Any attempt to cheat the sparkhitz system will result in immediate account termination.
3. If you are caught cheating, we will report you to other traffic exchanges, warning them of the way you misuse traffic exchange services. They may also suspend your account on their servers if they suspect you of cheating.
4. Advertising and SPAM
1. All sites submitted MUST be in the English Language.
2. You are not allowed to enter your SparkHitz affiliate url as your website. Anybody who would see it through the surf network would already have an account anyway.
3. Spamming in any form is not permitted. You are NOT allowed to email your referral link using SPAM. Any member caught spamming will be terminated and reported to the FTC!
4. Any method of advertising your referral link or this this site MUST be legal
5. In accordance with the guidelines set forth by Google, no page containing AdSense ads may be added to the rotation of sites at SparkHitz.
5. Refund Policy
1. Due to the nature of the services we offer, our ability to offer refunds is very limited.
2. Refunds for solo ads will only be given in one of the folowing conditions:
1. The ad was rejected due to inapropriate content.
2. You requested a refund before the ad was sent.
3. Refunds for PRO memberships
1. Refunds on PRO memberships are not given. Very few exceptions apply.
2. PRO memberships are life-time memberships. The "Life-Time" is the life of this service, not your life. Should we ever close, we would not be obligated to refund your payment.
3. We do not refund PRO memberships that have been owned for over a month.
